The cotton is made into webbing in the Ruffin'it factory in South Carolina and dyed with low-salt, earth-friendly ink. The final assembly is done in the Ruffin'it factory in New England so the product is truly made in America. The leashes are heavy, thick and durable - can stand up to the biggest dogs.
