What is your return policy?
Our return policy is simple. Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return any unused product in its original condition, in it’s original packaging for a full refund. In addition, certain manufacturers allow for returns under their "Satisfaction Guarantees" and we honor the terms of these manufacturer return policies.
Please call or email for a return authorization number prior to sending any product back to us. Never send a package to the manufacturer, unless we tell you to do so. Please be aware that any item being returned directly to a manufacturer who does not have a 30-day satisfaction guarantee may be subject to a restocking fee.
