How can I tell if an item is in stock?
If the item has the  , or the page has the text "In Stock" or "Currently
X In Stock" this indicates that we should have inventory available to fill your order. We cannot guarantee stock online, so if this is a rush item, please

If an item indicates that it ships in so many "business days" that indicates and item we will either direct ship from our supplier or order into our stock before
shipping. The days listed are number of week days before the item leaves whatever shipping facility on the way to you. This number is not a guarantee. If
we expect this number to be incorrect, we will contact you by email with an updated shipping date.
There are some items which are generally drop shipped due to size or weight. If the item you are interested in is too large to ship via UPS, it is likely it will
ship directly from the manufacturer.
What happens if an item is on backorder?
If an item is on backorder, we will attempt to contact you by email as soon as we know about it. You have the option of
cancelling the order at that time, or waiting until the backorder is filled to receive your product. Some manufacturers don't
inform us of backorders, so we attempt to stay on top of all the orders as best as we can.
Are your products new or refurbished?
Unless specifically noted by the word "Refurbished" or "Open Box" in the name of the item, all products on our website are new. We do not carry refurbished products
on our website on a regular basis.
Can you get other items than those listed on your website?
As long as we are do business with a manufacturer who can produce the product, we can get any product within their lines. If you are interested in a non-listed pet product,
please email us at webdog@properpet.com and we'll assist in getting a special order placed.
